A great experience

Help athletes, families, and fans enjoy their event. Duties vary by assignment. We will share the location, hours, pay rate, and responsibilities before you commit.
Merchandise & sales
Help customers find the right gear, keep the booth organized, and process purchases through Shopify POS.
Event & customer support
Welcome guests, answer questions, and support check-in or other event operations as assigned.
Setup & breakdown
Get the space ready, keep it running smoothly, and help the team wrap up when the event ends.

- Shopify POS abilitySales assignments require the ability to use Shopify POS and completion of any required training.

Before you apply
A few things to know.
Is this a full-time or part-time job?
This is hourly, event-by-event work. It is not a full-time or regularly scheduled part-time position. There is no set weekly schedule or guarantee of hours.
Do I have to work every event?
No. You can accept or decline each opportunity based on your availability. Once you accept and FCTR confirms a shift, we expect you to arrive prepared and complete your responsibilities.
How are shifts filled?
Available shifts are filled first come, first served among approved crew members who meet the requirements for that assignment. Expressing interest or requesting a shift does not replace FCTR confirmation.
How much does each shift pay?
The hourly rate is shared with the shift details before you accept. Review the location, hours, duties, and rate for each opportunity.
Do I need Shopify POS experience?
Tell us your current experience when you apply. You must be able to use Shopify POS and complete any required training before working a sales assignment.
Can I join the portal as soon as I apply?
Portal access is for approved crew members. After reviewing your application, FCTR will contact you if there is a fit and provide account instructions when access is approved.
